Is there a minimum charge for repairs?

• Yes.  The minimum charge is $25.00

Are you able to change watch batteries?

• Yes.

How long does it take?

• We will be able to have the watch battery installed by the next day.

Are you able to take links out of watches?

• Yes.

• We will be able to have the watch ready for you by the next day, but typically while you wait. 

• It takes 2-4 weeks, on average, to have an item of jewelry repaired. 

• We send each jewelry repair to our trusted bench jeweler to inspect and work on with care. 

Are my jewelry items insured? 

• Yes. Your items are completely insured for the full retail/replacement value while they are in out possession.
